Refund policy

Standard Returns

Customer may return the product within fourteen (14) business days from the date the product was received and obtain a credit of the purchase price paid or for exchange with another (available stock item) model . (Subject to RMA Terms). After which all subsequent sales will be final (no refund or exchange for the replacement model). Items can not be withheld for exchange with unavailable or back-ordered items. (Subject to RMA Terms).

All returns for credit or exchange must be:

  • In same condition as when shipped
  • Unopened and in original packaging.
  • Include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Free of signs of use

Defective/Damaged Items

Customer must contact IT-Buy within five (5) business days from the date the product was received to report a defective or damaged item. Customer must call to receive an RMA number for the defective or damaged item.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

For all returns, no matter the reason, customer must call to receive an RMA number. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected or returned to the sender.

  1. Email or call support to receive a unique RMA number.
  2. Clearly state the reason for the RMA request.
  3. Package the item and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship using a trackable shipping service (highly recommended).
  5. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Shipping

To return a product, customer should mail/ship the product to: 31 McBrine Drive, Kitchener, ON N2R 1J1

Customer is responsible for arranging and paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If shipping an item over $75, customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refunds

All refunds go back to the original payment method or customer may choose a store credit. Refunds are issued only after the item has been returned and processed and the item's serial number has been matched with the customer's sales order.
