Shipping policy

To return a product, customer should mail/ship the product to: 31 McBrine Drive, Unit 13, Kitchener, ON N2R 1J1

Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected or returned to the sender.

Customer is responsible for arranging and paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If shipping an item over $75, customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
